Goldbacks
A Goldback note is a hyper fractional note which contains a precise amount of 24k Gold sandwiched between two protective polymer sheets. One Goldback as a unit of measure refers to 1/1000th troy ounce of 24k gold. The Goldback note comes in 8 different denominations-1/2, 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 Goldbacks, each equaling the denomination multiplied times the 1/1000th troy ounce of gold. Goldbacks are interchangeable (fungible), meaning for example, five 1 Goldback notes can be traded equally for a 5 Goldback note. By containing the actual physical gold in an extreme fractional amount in each note, Goldback has set itself apart from other fractional pieces of gold by making a product that is of real value but is small enough to be used in day to day transactions of small every day items such as drinks or meals.
Goldbacks have a recommended exchange rate for merchants and consumers to use when using Goldbacks in transactions. This exchange rate is published each business day on the Goldback website. The exchange rate incorporates the cost of production of the note, and the note therefore retains this "premium" as it is used for transactions. The exchange rate is approximately 100% over the spot price of gold for the amount of gold in each note.

Shipping
Orders that contain all in-stock items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Should additional time be needed, we will contact you directly with the email address used when you make your purchase.
Orders that contain any pre-order items or back-ordered items will ship once the item is in stock. We will contact you directly with the email address used when you make your purchase to update you on backordered item statuses.
We ship all orders via USPS with tracking, either via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express, depending on what you select during checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking information will be included in an Order Shipped or Order Completed email when your order has been packaged and postage purchased on our end.
Once you track your order after it's initial scan at the Post Office, you'll see an estimated delivery date. Please keep an eye on your package tracking information as this date may change as your package makes it's way on the route to you. Typically, orders should be received within 5 business days after the initial scan. If you have any concerns after tracking your package, please feel free to contact us or your local post office.

We've seen the incredible success of Goldbacks since it's inception in 2019, and want to be a big part in seeing the success continue long into the future. Peach State Metals hopes to introduce new people and merchants to Goldback, specifically in Georgia, with the ultimate goal of helping get the Peach State it's own state series of Goldbacks launched!
