Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from your receipt of items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

We offer a money-back guarantee with every purchase. If your items arrive and you are not satisfied, simply contact us to let us know, and we’ll start the return process with you. Original shipping charges, whether paid directly by the customer, or paid by Peach State Metals via free shipping, will be deducted from the refund amount plus a 10% restocking fee. Items will be required to be packaged similarly to how they were shipped from Peach State Metals in order to receive a full refund (less postage and restocking fee mentioned previously). Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@peachstatemetals.com.

Shipping returns

Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Tracking and insurance is the responsibility of the customer returning items. Peach State Metals is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
